The router will need to be restarted. This is often an easy way to resolve any internet connectivity issues.

1. Power off the router.
2. Make sure all cables are securely plugged into the router.
3. Wait 15 seconds.
4. Power on the router.
5. When the lights on the router indicate it is ready, check whether your devices can connect to the Internet via WiFi and/or Ethernet.

Placing an order is as easy. Navigating to the services page and select one of the packages that we offer. From there you will have the option of filling in an online application or downloading an
application form.

Once we recieve your application you will be contacted by a member of our sales team within 24hrs to address any questions you may have and arrange an installation date.

Please note that we only off our services to customers in Ballito and surrounding areas.

Fibre networks are still in the rollout phase in Ballito. This means that gradually areas will go online as interest increases. If you are interested in connecting please contact us so that we may log your interest and contact you once the connection is available.
