Standard Use Policy & Conditions

Acceptable Use:

This Acceptable Use Policy specifies the actions prohibited by iHost Domain (Pty) Ltd to iHost Domain customers. iHost Domain reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time.

Network Abuse:

iHost Domain does not in any way support Spam or any form of network abuse and enforces the iHost Domain Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Guidelines on a stringent basis when complaints are made. Enforcement of iHost Domain Terms and Conditions, as well as its Acceptable Use Guidelines for reasons of Spam or Network Abuse, will result in suspension or termination of account access privileges. Illegal Use:

The iHost Domain Network may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat or violates export control laws.

E‐Mail:

Sending unsolicited mail messages, including, without limitation, Make‐Money‐Fast (MMF) schemes, chain letters, commercial advertising and informational announcements, is explicitly prohibited. A user shall not use another site’s mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site.

No Reselling:

User use of the Service is limited to User’s household. User may not resell, and/or otherwise extend the Service via wires and/or wireless or other means to other users outside of the User’s immediate household. Rental units attached and/or not attached to the User’s main house are considered a separate household and require that a separate Service be established with the Provider. If User deploys a personal wireless network that is connected to the Service, User must secure such network so as to prevent others from accessing it. User may provide access to the wireless network to members of the User’s household, and/or visiting friends and family.

System & Network Security:

Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. iHost Domain will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will co‐operate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following:

Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network. Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network. Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks. Forging of any TCP‐IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.

I/We hereby acknowledge that it is my/our responsibility to keep my/our user name and password a secret and acknowledge that I/we have the ability to upgrade the above‐mentioned contract using this user name and password.

Credit checks and your information:

By applying for a subscription to the Wireless Service or by using the Wireless Service you authorise us, in our sole discretion and at any time, to check your credit history with any credit bureau and provide any of your personal information to the credit bureau for this purpose. We reserve the right, for any reason and without notice to you, to refuse or end your subscription to the Wireless Service or a booster GB. When you subscribe to or start to use a service, if requested by us, you will provide us with your full names, identity number, residential and business or postal address, a certified copy of your identity document and (if you are a legal entity) a certified copy of your business letterhead.

Change to Wireless Service Terms:

We may change any or all of the Wireless Service Terms including (without limitation) the Wireless Service charges at any time without notice to you. By continuing to use the Wireless Services after we make the changes, you agree to be bound by the changed Wireless Service Terms.

Cancellation:

Unless you have subscribed to the Wireless Service for a fixed term, you may end the Wireless Service by 30 (thirty) days written notice to us. The notice will take effect on the 25th of the month immediately following the end of the 30 (thirty) day notice period.

Non‐payment and Suspensions:

Non‐payment of account will result in your service being immediately suspended and you will be charged for the service that accrues for that new month due to section ‘Cancellation’ written in the terms and conditions. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website. The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e‐commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. The Provider undertakes that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold.
